TYQOON Legal Notice
This Agreement shall be effective from June 20, 2022
Attribution of Rights
All products, technologies, software, programs, data, and other information (including text, icons, All rights (including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other related rights) of pictures, photos, audio, video, graphics, color combinations, layouts, etc.) belong to the TYQOON ecommerce platform (referring to [TYQOON ENTERPRISES PTE. LTD. ] and its affiliated company [Siloa Software Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.][赛洛亚软件科技（上海）有限公司]. Without the permission of the TYQOON ecommerce platform and/or its affiliated companies, no one is allowed to use the programs or equipment including robots, spiders etc and to copy, disseminate, display, process,program, upload, download etc. to use any content in TYQOON without permission.
TYQOON’s “TYQOON” and other words and/or logos, as well as TYQOON’s other logos, symbol, mascot, product, and service names are trademarks of TYQOON ecommerce platform and/or their affiliated companies in China and other countries, such as publicity, display, etc. For any usage, you must obtain the prior consent from the TYQOON service provider and/or its affiliated companies.
Limitation of Liability
The information publishing practise is provided by TYQOON which belongs to electronic bulletin board (BBS) nature, the products information on TYQOON (including but not limited to product descriptions and instructions, related pictures, videos, etc.) is provided and uploaded by the user, and the user provides it and the uploaded information shall bear the respective legal responsibilities. Otherwisw TYQOON ecommerce platform has agreed, this will be clarified with you in the relevant agreement or other legal texts.
The works forwarded by the TYQOON (including forum content) are to transmit more information, and it does not mean that the TYQOON ecommerce platform agrees or the authenticity content is confirmed.
Intellectual Property Rights
TYQOON in respect of intellectual property rights and opposes and to combat intellectual property infringements. If the owner of the intellectual property rights believes that the content of TYQOON (including but not limited to the product information published by TYQOON users) infringes his legitimate rights and interests, the parties can write to the TYQOON’s customer service emails, email address is [email protected] and the copyright owner shall notify the TYQOON ecommerce platform on the eligibility of the intellectual property rights , it will then be handled by the corresponding laws and regulations and platform rules timely.
